Redecoration Begins this New Year
As we go into 2023, we at Struan Lodge Care Home have decided to give certain rooms and areas within the home a refresh.
The new year calls for a refresh and we have been carrying out lots of work in the home to make it even more homely and comfortable for our residents.
We have begun redecorating the bedrooms, which included one residents room who chose a paint colour for their feature wall and picked out curtains to match. We also had brand new curtains fitted in the lounge giving it a lovely warm and cosy feeling.
At Struan Lodge Care Home in Edinburgh, our residents are at the core of everything we do, which is why we are continuously investing in the improvement of our home to make sure our residents are happy in the environment that they live in.
We fully furnish our bedrooms here, however we want our residents to feel as though Struan Lodge is their very own home which is why we encourage them to personalise their own spaces how they see fit.
It is important to us that every area within our home provides our residents with comfort and opportunities for them to either socialise, enjoy themselves, or just grab a moments peace. We want Struan Lodge to be a place that residents are proud to call home and fell happy to invite their loved ones to.
